Terms of Service

1. What AiBio.Store is

AiBio.Store is a browser game about robot mining. Every member gets a Room with a robot called a Pilot. You add virtual mining machines (GPUs, rigs, ASIC farms and more) to the slots of your Room. Machines give your Room power. Every few minutes (currently every 10 minutes) a new block reward is shared between all Rooms that are switched on, by their share of the total power. What your Room mines can be collected into your balance and withdrawn in crypto.

Machines, Pilots and Spaces are digital items that live inside the game. They are not real hardware, shares, deposits or a financial product.

2. Your account

• You need an account (email and password, or Google) to keep a Room, to pay and to withdraw. Keep your password private.
• One person, one account. Extra accounts, devices or links used to earn from yourself are not allowed (see Fair play).
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and allowed to use crypto there.
• The tutorial at /onboarding uses demo money only. Nothing in the demo is charged, sent or withdrawn.

3. Balance and deposits

• Your balance is shown in US dollars and is always calculated from a ledger of deposits, purchases, mining collections, commissions, prizes and withdrawals. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
• Deposits are made in crypto (for example Bitcoin or Litecoin) to a payment address created for your order. Send the exact amount on the network shown, before the timer ends. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed; see Refunds.
• A deposit is credited after the network confirms it and our payment provider reports it as paid.

4. Machines, Pilots and Spaces

• Prices and the power of each machine are shown in the Shop before you buy. A purchase is paid from your balance and the item is added to your Room at once.
• Each Space has a fixed number of slots (currently 10). More Spaces can be unlocked for the price shown.
• Pilots can add a bonus to your Room's share. The free Pilot Basic starts mining after the share and click steps shown in your Room.
• Items stay in the Room where they were placed. They cannot be sold back, moved to another account or exchanged for cash, except through the mining rewards they help to earn.

5. Power, mining and daily limits

• Your Room mines only while its power is on. New Rooms start with the power hours shown in the app (currently 72 hours). Each valid visitor who watches your public Room adds power hours, up to the daily and total limits shown in the app.
• Rewards per block depend on the reward pool of that block and on your share of the power of all active Rooms. Both change over time.
• What one Room can mine in a day is capped at a percentage of the value of the machines in it (shown in the Shop as "earns up to … a day"). The cap is a maximum, not a promise.
• Mined amounts appear in your Room and move to your balance when you tap Collect.

6. Withdrawals

• You can withdraw your balance in the coins offered in the Wallet (for example Litecoin, Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum) to the address you enter.
• Minimum amounts, network fees and limits are shown before you confirm. Some withdrawals are sent within minutes; others are checked by our team first.
• Check the address and network carefully. A withdrawal sent to the address you entered cannot be recalled.
• If a withdrawal cannot be sent, the amount returns to your balance.

7. Team, VIP and commissions

• You can invite people with your personal link (aibio.store/@yourname). People who sign up through it join your team, up to 10 levels deep.
• When someone in your team buys in the Shop, commissions are paid at the rates shown in the Team tab. Your VIP level, reached by your own total Shop spending, decides how many team levels pay you.
• Commissions may be held for a short review before they can be withdrawn. Commissions from fraud, self-referral or fake accounts are cancelled.

8. Free rewards, contests and games

• Daily tasks, click rewards, contests, codes and arcade games have their own rules, shown next to each activity. Only real, unique visitors and real actions count.
• Contest prizes are added to the winner's balance after the contest ends and results are checked. Exclusive prize machines cannot be bought in the Shop.
• We may change, pause or end any free activity. Rewards already credited to your balance stay yours.

9. Your content and public Room

Your public Room page, username and anything you share (links, screenshots, posts) must be your own and legal. No spam, misleading claims, hate or content that copies others. We may hide a public page or username that breaks these rules.

10. Ending access

You can stop using AiBio.Store at any time. We may limit or close accounts that break these terms or the Fair play rules, abuse payments or harm other members. Balances from legitimate activity remain withdrawable unless the law says otherwise.

11. Liability

AiBio.Store is provided as is. Crypto networks, wallets and exchanges are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, network or wallet errors, or results you expected but did not get. See the Earnings disclosure.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. For questions, use the support links inside your Room (Profile and Free → Join us) or our official social accounts.
