Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how AiBio.Store (the website aibio.store and its API) handles personal data when you play, pay, invite friends or visit a public Room.

2. What we collect

Account: email, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), Google account ID and name if you sign in with Google, your username and profile settings.
Game and money records: your Room, machines, Pilots, power, collections, deposits, withdrawal requests and wallet addresses, commissions, prizes and the ledger that builds your balance.
Team: who invited you and who joined through your link.
Security and fair play: IP address, device and browser details, login times and signals used to count valid visits and clicks and to stop bots, multi-accounts and payment abuse.
Things you send: screenshots uploaded for promotion tasks, contest entries and messages to support.
Notifications: a push subscription if you turn on app notifications.
Preferences: language and similar settings stored in your browser (see Cookies).

3. Why we use it

To run your account, Room, balance, deposits and withdrawals.
To pay team commissions and prizes correctly.
To keep the game fair and secure, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
To send notices you asked for (for example "your Room is full" or "power is low").
To improve the product with aggregated, cookieless statistics.

4. Who we share it with

Payment providers that create deposit addresses and send withdrawals (for example Bitcart-based processing and PayKassa). They receive only what is needed for the payment.
Blockchains: deposits and withdrawals are public on the network by nature; a wallet address may be linked to a transaction by anyone.
Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.
Hosting and security: Cloudflare (website delivery, protection and cookieless analytics) and our server host.
Your team: members above you may see your username, join date, level and purchases that paid them a commission. Your email is never shown to them.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.

5. How long we keep it

Account and ledger records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal duties. Security logs are kept for a limited time. Uploaded screenshots are removed when no longer needed for the task or contest.

6. Your choices and rights

You can see and change your profile, username, password and saved withdrawal addresses in your Room.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your account. Some ledger records must be kept even after deletion.
You can turn notifications off in your device or browser settings at any time.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use random tokens, and access to admin tools is restricted. No system is perfect; keep your password and email secure.

8. Children

AiBio.Store is not meant for children. Do not create an account if you are under the age of majority where you live.

9. International use

AiBio.Store is used worldwide, so data may be processed in countries other than yours, with protection appropriate to this policy.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the effective date above changes when we do. For privacy requests, use the support links inside your Room (Profile and Free → Join us) or our official social accounts.
